I am a Fan, Fanatic, aficionado, and supporter.

This revelation may not be surprising to some, but to me… it is. I used to sit and watch my good ole tele box, and laugh at the people screaming “Michael” and fainted as he passed by. I used to criticize those house wives, teenyboppers, and people in general who started fan clubs, wrote fan mail and thought that by sending it Paris Hilton or Britney Spears they had contributed to the cause of music, or fame and would think that one of these celebs would really sit down behind a desk and read their letter. I used to “knit up my brow” at persons who would stay outside a stadium overnight just to be the first person to... view full article»

And the countdown begins...

MAY
05

Year: 1986 - I remember it like it was yesterday, I sat in front of my parent’s 18" big screen Zenith TV and with a little adjustment of the antenna we had JBC on Channel 11. What was I so excited to watch? Cartoons!!!; Jace and the Wheels Warriors, Silver Hawks, Paw Paw Bears, Brave Star, Comic Strip, Thunder Cats, Voltron, Wildfire, My Little Pony (yea f’ing right), Smurfs???... Nah... It was my first WORLD CUP. My father told me it was in Mexico and seeing I went to a good nursery I knew Mexico wasn't too far from Jamaica, so I figured with permission from my mommy I would have been able to attend the event, seeing that I was fortunate enough to have gone on a plane to Miami Florida.

... Planet Earth, the Quake

JAN
18

What do you get when you cross a cow and an earthquake? A MILKSHAKE. This funny low impact joke may just become a reality one day as the earth has decided to dabble in the realm of frequent natural disasters. I took a trip to PORT ROYAL last year and I spent some time in the museum looking at the artifacts extracted from the sea, heard the stories of the old pirates like Captain Morgan and marveled at the history our small island possesses just because of PORT ROYAL. The most amazing part of the museum was THE GREAT 17th Century EARTHQUAKE; the fact that... view full article»

...Unlocking the Easter Code by JMS

JAN
17

...So we see it almost every night, sometimes we see a piece of it, sometimes we see all of it and sometimes we just see the light it emits. We know it serves a great purpose, as it's magnetic forces allows the earth's oceans to dance, some people use it as a healing force and some say the cow jumped over it after, then the little dog laughed and the dish ran away with the spoon... view full article»

HAPPY NEW YEAR ERR' BADDY

JAN
02

Jan 1st 2009 ~ Dec 31st 2009.

Some may see the above as just a date range; some may see it as one calendar year, hell some may see it as text on a screen and some may say… okay John is clearly talking about 2009. But let us take the focus off “Jan 1st 2009” and “Dec 31st 2009” and focus on the tilde (~), which represents all that happened between those two dates.

For me, this is gonna be heavily summarized as each day is an event in itself that deserves a story or a paragraph, and 365 paragraphs would turn...

The Quest - Season 1, Episode 1 (Paintball)

DEC
20

This, the first of many adventures , takes us to a battlefield, where friends can chillax, get away from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world, deal with any frustrations and most importantly release some anger by “bussing some guns” at each other.

The Journey

The Journey begins with a brisk morning drive from the preferred linkup spot (my yard) to Moneague.  Making a short stop at Faith's Pen for some tan coloured fried flour. We then make the long trek towards unfamiliar territory through the untouched greenery of Claremont, to the old Colonial styled town at...
